Glocal NOMAD will be organizing a range of activities developed and arranged in collaboration between the four main universities, such as:
- A series of one-day seminars hosted by Roskilde University, Aarhus University and Malmo University based on the network’s prioritized research themes. Read more about these seminars here.
- A major international conference involving Danish researchers, research students along with non-governmental organizations, governmental agencies, and participants and consultants from the private sector.
- A Ph.D. course in “Media and communication for development and social change” will also be organized. This course will be anchored within the Danish National Research School for Media, Communication and Journalism (FMKJ) and the content will be based on Glocal NOMAD’s four core research themes.
- The publication of an anthology written by international and national contributors based on how Glocal NOMAD’s members conceive the four prioritized research areas.
