Media and Development

Glocal NOMAD in collaboration with the Centre for Glocal Media Studies (GMS) hosts a half-day seminar on 24 March 2011 in Aarhus:
Media and Development. The aim is to present and discuss Different Perspectives on the interrelations between Media and Processes of Political, Social and Cultural Change in the Global South.

Presentations will cover case studies in Nicaragua, Nepal, as well as global, north-south perspectives. For detailed programme and venue see the GMS site or download here.

 
The seminar on ‘Media and Development’ will be followed by an internal Glocal NOMAD seminar on Friday 25 March, 2011. Separate program for this seminar will be made available.
